Last weekend Funny Mom Blog contributor Judith took her gorgeous girls to a screening of Tinker Bell and the Legend of the NEVERBEAST at the Walt Disney Studios. Read her awesome recap and review!

On Saturday morning my girls and I had the privilege to be invited the screening of the 6th installment of the Tinker Bell movies. It was an exciting time for us to be able to go down to the Walt Disney Studios to be among the first to watch the release of the new movie: Tinker Bell and the Legend of the NEVERBEAST. The movie was introduce to us by Mae Whitman the voice of Tinker Bell and she shared a few of her favorite things about Tinker Bell with us, like how much how much friendship means to Tinker Bell, and that Tinker Bell is not perfect and can make mistakes as well. She also likes that she and her friends always figure out how to help each other in times of trouble.
Like I have mentioned in the past I have 3 girls ranging from 17 to 6 years old so the Tinker Bells movies are not new to my family and we have every last one, but let me tell you that Tinker Bell and the Legend of the NEVERBEAST has immediately become my favorite, let’s start with the The NEVERBEAST, named Gruff , while he looks intimidating he has a very kind heart, but it’s more than that, the story behind it is about friendship and how looks can be deceiving; this movie allows Fawn the animal talent fairy to take the reigns of the tale and present her own story and it shows us how sometimes we can be afraid of what we don’t know.
With out spoiling the movie I can tell you that young and old a like in that movie theater were whipping the tears of our eyes at the end of the movie and in the words of one of my kids “the movie was awesome”. My kids continue to talk about it and I know I will be taking a trip to the store on Tuesday March 3rd to purchase the movie to watch it again. It definitely touched our hearts. Hope you get to enjoy it as much as we did, and will again.
