This is a tale of the little lost shoe that found it’s way home. Thanks to the operations department and lost and found at the Citizens Business Bank Arena in Ontario California.
I am a believer in spreading a good word about good customer service. So often we hear the horror stories of customer service gone wrong, but how often do you hear a good, happy story? Well, this is one of them.
My kids and I went to the opening night of the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey DRAGONS show and towards the end of the show, my daughter kicked off her shoe in delight and low and behold it fell below the bleachers in a 3 inch gap in the seats below us. Who knew that gap was there and let alone this expensive shoe would find it?
Immediately after the show we went to customer service and I left my contact information. The next day I called the lost and found department and there had been no sign of the little lost shoe.
I was heartbroken as only a frugal mom can be.
Then, just when I had almost given up a magical thing happened. The operations department found the shoe! Not only that, they were gracious enough to FedX it to me!
I love the Ontario Business Bank Arena and all the amazing people working there. Thank you for reuniting my daughters shoes. They are once again a happy and complete pair:

Adorable! What a cute story — terrific customer service and helpful people are all too rare, it seems. You really lucked out. 🙂 Thanks for stopping by my blog, too!
