A Tale As Old As Time…
My health story is so similar to parents with multiple kids everywhere, that’s it’s practically a tale as old as time. My busy life as a mom took the physical time and the emotional toll away from me to have the ability to truly take care of myself. I mean, really take care of myself in a healthful manner. Sure, I’m not afraid to admit that it would be easy to say that I let myself go.
