Are you looking for an easy lunch recipe that’ll knock your socks off? I have a girlfriend that when our kids were babies, she would invite us over often and make the most incredibly delicious – yet – simple lunch recipes that always blew my mind. One of the recipes that she made me on several occasions were sandwich roll ups. I have tried several variations throughout the years in an attempt to recreate her divine roll ups and I think I have landed on the perfect easy lunch recipe!
Easy Sandwich Roll Ups Recipe
Ingredients
Medium sized thick flour tortillas
First Street Chive and Onion Cream Cheese Spread
First Street Salami
First Street Turkey
Romaine Lettuce
Directions
Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese spread on one entire side of the flour tortilla. All the way to the edges. Place 4-5 pieces of Salami down in the center and on top of the cream cheese. Then layer 1-2 pieces of turkey on top of the salami. Then layer 1 piece of washed romaine lettuce on top of the meats.
Roll the tortilla from one side to the other, the cream cheese will act as a glue. Place on a plate or plastic container seam side down to keep from unrolling.
Enjoy!
