We’re A TV Family…
For those of you that don’t know, the Funny Dad of The Funny Mom Blog is a bit of a television-aholic. He is always on the lookout for the latest technology and picture clarity on the biggest screen humanely possible (he reminds me of that old Goofy Big Screen TV cartoon, do you know the one?). I am not afraid to say that he is quite literally obsessed with all things television. He gets his up-to-date television technology information from magazines, online articles, research sites and the Best Buy Sunday ads. And of course, I get to hear all about what he reads as he reads it too, while I’m trying to enjoy 5 minutes of Sunday morning coffee peace while the kids watch cartoons on TV. Recently, he has been talking a lot about the new advanced Samsung 4k Ultra HD TVs at Best Buy technology and I have to admit that after hearing (albeit relentlessly) about it, my interest is definitely piqued. Because as the old saying goes: “anything worth doing is worth doing right” and if you’re going to watch television why not watch television on the best TV you possibly can?
A Fully Immersive Experience
The Samsung 4k Ultra HD Tvs are not just TVs they are an experience. An experience you must try for yourself to see what I am whole heartily jazzed about. I went into my local Best Buy just a few days ago to really see what all the fuss was about the Samsung 4k Ultra HD Tvs for myself and I was blown away by the picture clarity, true-to-life color and the truly immersive experience I felt while my eyeballs were nearly popping out of my head!
Here’s what I learned about the Samsung 4K Ultra HD TVs at Best Buy:
Curved Screen
The immersive curved screen portrays a greater sense of depth, where you can literally get drawn into the action with Auto Depth Enhancer and a curved screen that delivers an immersive picture experience with off-angle viewing, making any seat the best seat in the house.
Crystal Clear Clarity
(say that three times fast haha) Samsung’s UHD dimming technology automatically reads blocks of pixels and individually adjusts the brightness levels to create deeper blacks, whiter whites and a truly detailed picture.
PurColor
For optimal picture performance, PurColor allows the TV to display most shades of color as nature intended. In addition to focusing on color adjustment points like a conventional TV, PurColor utilizes magenta, cyan and yellow to create a more accurate and authentic picture. I loved this feature the most because it watching the Samsung 4K Ultra HD TV was like looking at a photograph (a good one).
