Stay At Home Doesn’t Mean Stay At Home Bored
From the very beginning of the Stay-At-Home Initiative, I vowed to remain active and productive despite being basically at home 24/7. Although I knew this was an advantages goal, the family and I met it for the most part. I mean, don’t get me wrong…I’ve had plenty of days where the family and I have done nothing but watch T.V. and veg out all day while in our pajamas eating chips (I mean, we are normal people).
Part of my goal to stay active and productive was to participate in as many family-bonding experiences as humanly possible. I figured that if the only thing my kids remember from this very scary time was the fact that we spent so, so, so much fun time together – then I consider that a win.
P.S. Before we begin….PLEASE keep in mind that I took the pictures for my ProjeX game review in a very dark room in the evening. So YES! They’re grainy! And YES! They’re over processed. Don’t shoot me ok? We just love this toy and wanted to show ya’ll pictures of us actually using it, ok?
Despite the fact that the Funny Fam participated in so, so, so many high quality family bonding times like hikes and family bike rides and swim sessions, I still feel like we could do better family bonding sessions inside our home. I am always on the hunt for high quality, entertaining and FUN things for us to do as a family at home, especially in the evening or on rainy days. Although rainy days are few and far between here in Southern California, they do still happen, I swear! lol When we were introduced to ProjeX the Projecting Game Arcade it was as if all my questions were answered with one single product!
ProjeX Game Review For The Win!
ProjeX Projecting Game Arcade turns any room in your house into an incredible family-fun arcade! The ProjeX system projects the targets onto almost any wall and it super simple to setup. My kids set it up by themselves all the time! I love that it keeps them occupied while I’m making dinner or just chillin’! My husband loves to get in on the action too. With ProjecX players blast moving targets projected from the system. There are no TV screens or sensors needed! With 3 different skill levels and 3 different targets, each of my 4 kids (and my husband, lets be honest) all have plenty of fun with ProjeX!
Fun for the whole family, ProjeX features five games and three skill levels to keep players engaged. A “beginner” setting accommodates even the youngest players in the room. Play solo, head-to-head, or team up in “Co-Op” mode, which lets two players combine scores. Best of all, an unlimited number of players can join the fun. The portable, battery-operated projector includes two blasters, which are stored right on the unit, a built-in LED scoreboard, and a place to keep image slides. Works best in a dark room, when you project on a light-colored wall with no artwork, wallpaper or painted patterns. ProjeX is battery-powered (3-AA batteries not included) so it can go wherever you go – inside or out. Play on any blank wall, your garage door – even the side of your house! It really is a very unique gaming experience.
