In a moment of brash bravado I entered a recipe contest for Del Real Foods. I love easy meals for week nights and Del Real Foods is honestly a mom’s helper with pre-cooked and packaged proteins that are super tasty. With the opportunity to create any recipe with Del Real Foods of my dreams, I went for something super fresh, super tasty and gorgeous. I envision these Pollo Asado Wraps to be perfect for picnics in the park, lounging on the green while waiting for a concert or even at the beach. The combination of flavors is out of this world!

I had a lot of fun creating this recipe, mostly because I literally had no idea what I was going to end up with at the beginning of my recipe creation. I purchased a ton of fresh ingredients, the softest tortillas I could find and I just had at it. What I ended up with these – Pollo Asado Wraps are seriously delicious and I’m not just saying that!
