To change up our usual grilled-hamburger routine I decided to try my luck at creating a cheese stuffed hamburger and let me say, it was so easy and so delicious I’m not sure why I haven’t tried it before.
I chose two types of Fresh & Easy cheeses, pepper jack and sharp cheddar cheese to stuff my hamburgers with. I picked up all of my favorite Fresh & Easy hamburger toppings too: red onion, sliced tomato, romaine lettuce and sliced avocado. I also picked up a huge watermelon and prepared macaroni and red potato salad; all of which completed my perfect summer grilling meal. Fresh & Easy made hopping for these ingredients super easy too, everything was easy to find and accessible.
I created a printable cheese-stuffed hamburger recipe for you. I hope you love it as much as I do!
