The Halloween Cheer Without the Fear!
Halloween celebrations don’t have to be scary! My little kids are quite terrified…and OK I am too of scary Halloween activities and that’s why we love going to Knott’s Spooky Farm! Every weekend in October is the fantastic Halloween celebration for children that celebrates the fun of the season. The daytime, non-scare celebration at Knott’s Spooky Farm is aimed for children ages 3-11 and is full of family friendly activities. We were invited to attend Knott’s Spooky Farm, all opinions are my own.
Kids can take part in “Snoopy’s Costume Contest and Dance Party” and also visit the Camp Spooky Theatre to view “The Monsters are Coming, Charlie Brown”, a new Halloween show where everyone will be singing and dancing along to all their favorite Halloween tunes. Kids of all ages can join in the fun with spooky karaoke and mask making at the “Monster Masquerade Ball Karaoke” or go Trick-or-Treating at Ghost Town where friendly ghosts deliver delicious treats. At the “Spooky Hollow Maze” kids will travel through a spooky forest with gigantic jack-o-lanterns and encounter a headless horseman!
Going to Knott’s Spooky Farm is something we really look forward to all year. I love the entire effort the park puts in to making Halloween a safe and fun experience for families. Knott’s Spooky Farm 2015 has expanded quite a bit and the decorations are out of this world fantastic! And it’s always a hoot to see the Peanuts characters dressed up in their Halloween costumes!
Knott’s Spooky Farm is taking place every weekend in October from 10am-4pm and is included with your general admission ticket to Knott’s Berry Farm. So come on down and have some fun! Make sure you grab a yellow treat bag at the entrance gates with the Knott’s Spooy Farm Fun Map included inside!
