This recipe for kickin chicken and mango salsa is simply divine and will have your palate sizzling with the really rad flavor combinations. The sweet and smooth mango and creamy avocado balances out the heat from the peppered chicken and the cilantro gives an earthy, herb flavor with a bite of onion. This recipe is so easy to make, with very little steps and it’s also super easy to adjust according to your flavor desires. If your like is super spicy add more cayenne, less spicy use less and so on!
Kickin’ Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
Foster Farms Simply Raised Chicken Breasts
Fresh cracked black pepper to taste
Ground Cayenne red pepper to taste
Directions:
Season Foster Farms® chicken with black pepper and ground cayenne red pepper. Grill on hot grill until cooked through.
Mango Salsa Recipe
Ingredients:
1 medium ripe mango
1 medium ripe avocado
1/2 red onion
3 tablespoons of fresh cilantro
lemon juice from 1 lemon
Directions:
Dice mango, avocado and red onion into small uniform squares. Mix mango, avocado, red onion and fresh cilantro in a bowl. Squeeze the juice of one lemon into bowl. Stir. Place on top of cooked chicken.
