Listening to Advice and Achieving Goals
I’m a pretty firm believer in taking advice from people that not only know what they’re talking about (because…duh) but are also admirable and honest people. When I had the opportunity to read in on an interview taken with Joel Marion, author of Always Eat After 7 PM: The Revolutionary Rule-Breaking Diet That Lets You Enjoy Huge Dinners, Desserts, and Indulgent Snacks—While Burning Fat Overnight, I jumped at the chance. Not only am I loving the book and his advice but I also find his point of view honest, sincere and quite honestly refreshing. So it goes without saying, that I am all ears when it comes to his opinions on this book.
As I talked about in a recent post of mine, I am taking charge of my health and my happiness (finally!). Following Joel Marion advice in Always Eat After 7 PM has helped me slowly and healthfully move in the direction of my goal. I can’t wait for the end result!

Interview with Joel Marion, Author of Always Eat After 7 PM
When asked what his inspiration was for writing this book (authors inspiration stories always inspire me!):
Joel Marion: “After authoring 6 best selling books it was glaringly obvious there were 2 huge misconceptions about dieting that needed to be exposed. The first is that you can’t eat late at night or before bed, which science now shows is NOT true. And second, you can’t eat large portions that satisfy your natural instinct. This book solves both these problems by providing an evidence-based, enjoyable approach to dieting that can be used by any person to quickly achieve their weight loss goals.”
When asked how difficult is the Always Eat After 7 PM plan to follow, Joel Marion answered the same way I would have!
Joel Marion: “It’s not. And that’s exactly why I wrote the book. While any diet is never truly easy, it can be more enjoyable and much easier to adhere to when you understand how Always Eat After 7pm works because it caters to our bodies natural instincts.”
Isn’t that refreshing to hear? A diet that doesn’t make you want to jump off a bridge out of desperation? I know, right! Achieving your goal doesn’t have to suck! Anyway, back to the questions…

Joel Marion: That almost everything my college education and certifications taught me was NOT grounded in published scientific research.
