Let’s Go

Without the constraints of school day hours, during the summer we go and do and explore and see as much as we possibly can. I plan twice weekly day field trips to one of our family favorite places or we go to a place we have never been. Last summer we went to the beach once a week, which was quite the feat with an hour long commute and 3 kids in tow while pregnant. We also went to almost every Southern Californian amusement park, multiple local play parks, water splash parks, berry farms and more. We go with friends, we go by ourselves and we go, we go, we go. In fact, the kids wake up everyday and the first thing out of their mouths is “where are we going today momma?” Spending time with my kids doing any kind fun things in the warm summer sun are my favorite kinds of things to do.
