Have you ever wanted to not only complacently watch a movie, but truly experience it instead? We had the pleasure of watching Disney Animations newest film, “Zootopia” at the Dolby Cinema at AMC Prime in Century City and let me just say – this state-of-the-art theater is taking watching a movie to a whole new level and completely changing the movie going experience for the better. This is a sponsored post, all opinions are my own.

We had the opportunity to host a Zootopia at the Dolby Cinema at AMC Prime giveaway and like good fortune our good friends won a set of a tickets so we were able to watch the movie with them! It was a truly wonderful to experience such an awesome movie going experience with them. We were all blown away and now we only want to see movies at the Dolby Cinema at AMC Prime from now on!

Plush Theater Seats – Comfort Just Like Home!

Seeing Disney’s Zootopia in Dolby Cinema at AMC Prime combines the most powerful image and sound technologies with spacious, reserved recliners. I was very impressed with the amount of space in each seat row, there was even a glass partition in between rows and plenty of room to move around. I loved the reserved seating, never again will you have to stress about getting seats together!

Never before have I been so comfortable at a theater! At Dolby Cinema at AMC Prime, sitting in the plush and comfortable theater seats was unbelievable! They are solidly constructed and insanely plush and with a push of a button the foot rest and recline adjusts. I was able to have my feet comfortably up for the entirety of the movie, which is something I’ve never had the pleasure of doing before! It was just like watching a movie in the comfort of my home but with crazy, amazing sound. The coolest thing was when the innovative recliners pulsated with the action of Zootopia. It was amazing to really feel the action!

Dramatically Different Imaging!

Watching Zootopia was a spectacular sight with state-of-the-art imaging and vibrant colors at the Dolby Cinema at AMC Prime. The animal-action came alive in a dramatically different image with spectacular brightness, deep darks, and vibrant color like nothing you’ve seen be-fur. Zootopia, Walt Disney Animation Studios newest film’s filmmakers took a lot of time to properly research animal fur and characteristics to give Zootopia a realistic feel and you can really see it on the big Dolby Cinema at AMC Prime screen!

Animal Sounds Come to Life!

There are many cities within Zootopia and lots of animal action, at Dolby Cinema at AMC Prime, the sound in the theater moves all around you – truly enveloping you in the movie. You feel like you’re inside the story as sound flows all around you with breathtaking realism to create a powerfully moving experience. The innovative reserved recliners pulsate as the action heats up, which is perfect for keeping you feeling like you’re a part of the action.

We got to enjoy a very special Zootopia video wall treat at the Dolby Cinema at AMC Prime in Century City. The kids thought it was the most awesome thing ever! Check out the video below:
