Why we love Disney Live and why you should experience the show with the family!
Nothing beats seeing all your favorite characters in person live! And when they are Disney characters you know there is going to be some serious magic happening. We were invited to the latest Disney Live show: Mickey and Minnie’s Doorway to Magic. Having attended a few Disney Live events in the past, this Feld Enertainment live show failed to disappoint. This new production has some major fun aspects giving it a “Magical” twist, some familiar friends and the addition of a certain blondie that’s “got a dream”.
We love Disney Live shows, here are my top reasons why you should take your children to experience Disney Live or Disney on Ice for that matter!
It’s live! Movies are great but there is nothing like exposing your little’s to a live performance, setting the path for other amazing expressive forms of arts.
The format. The shows are just long enough to keep your children engaged and the pace of the performances are nothing short of sheer engagement bliss. Unlike movies, they have a short intermission which is perfect for those guaranteed “nature’s calling” breaks and a moment to stretch out.
The value. For a little more than a couple tickets to a movie, you are not only being entertained live but making memories that will carry on for years. With Disney both boys and girls will have several favorites to look forward to cheering and singing along with.
So what can you expect at a Disney Live performance? Snips of your favorite characters stories, played out with singing and dancing on a beautifully decorated stage along with the silliness that is pure Disney. There is also audience participation with surprises around every curtain and singing along is always welcomed. And as expected, they all lived happily ever after.
