A few weeks ago I attended the 2014 Club MomMe Spring Family Fest at the Hyatt Regency in Huntington Beach California. I used the event as an opportunity to have a “mother/daughter” day with my 3 year old. I knew the location and the weather would be perfect and she and I would have a blast. And we did have a blast! I received admission and a gift bag for attending the event, all opinions are my own.
The Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort and Spa was the perfect location for the event of the spring season for moms, expectant parents and families. The Spring Family Fest was classy and sophisticated yet inviting and completely family friendly.
Club MomMe provides 4-6 events in LA, Denver and Orange County every month. My Best Spring Fest Picks
Although there were hundreds of top of the line baby product vendors at the Spring Fest (you can head over here to see the complete list) that were all super friendly and available to talk about their line of products, a few brands stood out above the rest for me. And here they are:
Urban Sitters
– My desperate need for a sitter may be over thanks to Urban Sitter.
Joovy
– Everyone already knows Joovy carries awesome baby and kid products. But my people, the Spring Fest featured a Hot Pink Qool (pronounced “cool”) stroller that I am absolutely coveting. Absolutely. I must have it. Like, now.
Dr. Kenneth Akey
– Dr. Kenneth Akey was warm and lovely. If we lived within a 25 mile radius of his practice we would go and see him. He is exactly the kind of pediatrician I want my kids to go to.
Lil Baby Sprouts
– this boutique located in Newport Beach had the cutest, softest collection of baby toys set up at the spring fest that I simply fell in love with. The textiles were soft, the textures were heavenly and I. wanted. it. all.
Ella + Mila
– Located in the “pamper lounge” at the Spring Fest, this cute nail polish concept business was giving free manicures. It was Missy’s first manicure actually. Ella + Mila polishes come in sets of two: one for mom and one for daughter. The polishes are non toxic, 100% vegan and never tested on animals. My polish only lasted that one day before peeling off but I loved that it wasn’t toxic on my daughters nail-biting fingers.
My daughter and I had a really great time and I am so happy that we went. To learn more about Club MomMe and to be sure to get information about the next amazing event, log on to Club MomMe now!
