Feed Your BOOtastic Imagination!
The Halloween season is a spectacular time of the year to visit the L.A. Zoo. This Halloween season, BOO at the L.A. Zoo invites guests to feed their imaginations with skin crawling fun and spooktacular learning throughout the entire month of October, beginning October 1, and continuing through October 31, 2018.
We here at the Funny household love visiting the L.A. Zoo for so many animalistic reasons. But for one reason or another we’ve never had the opportunity to attend during the Halloween season. I can almost guarantee that the Funny Kids are going to jump out of their skin when I tell them we’ll be heading to BOO at the L.A. Zoo soon! We will receive tickets in exchange for this post, all opinions are our own.

Boo at the L.A. Zoo 2016
So Much BOO To Be Had!
BOO at the Zoo will delight visitors everyday from October 1st through October 31st from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The BOO at the L.A. Zoo is proudly sponsored by 99 Cents Only Stores, and activities are free with paid Zoo admission.
There is so much BOO to be had during BOO at the L.A. Zoo! Weekend activities include up close encounters and demonstrations with the zoos most fearsome, frightening, and misunderstood residents along with fun animal feedings. Plant eaters will relish “Creature Treats” such as pumpkins, while carnivores will devour their favorite fare: carcasses and bones during “Fearsome Feedings!” (Parental discretion advised for the latter.) Additional merry-not-scary activities include “Swazzle’s Monster Menagerie” interactive puppet show; Mad Science Show featuring jaw-dropping demonstrations; pumpkin carving demonstrations; a spooky stroll where you can enjoy Halloween activities, mini pumpkin patch and capture frightfully good snaps at the many Boo-tiful photo ops along the way. On Saturdays, October 20 and 27, and Sundays, October 21 and 28, the Halloween bash offers creepy crafts, roaming characters, and traditional trick-or-treat stations throughout the grounds.
