3 Steps To Cool Kids Hair with SoCozy

May 7, 2015 By Desiree Eaglin

I participated in an Ambassador Program on behalf of Influence Central for SoCozy. I received Target gift cards to facilitate my review and a promotional item to thank me for my participation.
3 Steps to Cool Kids Hair with SoCozy haircare

My youngest son who is turning 3 years old in a few days is pretty cool. He has a very laid back personality and he tends to just go with the flow and not create too much of a fuss (most of the time). And as a mom of four little kids – any kid that is laid back and easy going is pretty cool in my opinion. Evan likes to copy whatever his big 8 year old brother does, including skateboarding, eating Popsicles and making fart noises – you know, usual boy type stuff. Evan has even asked on more than one occasion to have his “hairs wook like bradeees” because his big brother and my 8 year old son is well known for his cool faux mohawk. However unlike his older brother, Evan has thin hair and I have had the hardest time finding a kids hair product that would make his fine hair stand up in a cool faux mohawk. Finally, Evan’s crazy hair in desperate need of a cool style has met it’s match with SoCozy styling gel.

The brand new SoCozy salon formula haircare line just for kids is quite amazing. Not only is it non toxic and totally safe for kids – it smells great too. And you know how us momma’s love to smell our kids heads (well, at least I know I love to get a full whiff of my kids heads!). SoCozy is kid testest. contains no parabens, sulfates, phthalates, synthetic color, propylene glycol and is free of gluten, wheat and nuts! I love the SoCozy haircare line so much that I demand you pick yourself up some at Target (because we go there every week anyway don’t we moms?)!

SoCozy Styling Gel for Kids

I am here to tell you that despite having a kid with relatively thin hair that your kid can too have “cool hair” thanks to SoCozy! We have been using SoCozy kids haircare products exclusively for awhile now and let me tell you that not only does their hair smell cleaner – it feels cleaner too! I am 100% a SoCozy salon formula kids advocate! If we can purchase amazing products that are 100% safe for our kids to use at a decent cost, then why wouldn’t we right?

3 Steps To Cool Kids Hair

To achieve a cool kid faux mohawk follow the below steps.

Step One:
Slightly wet the hair using your fingertips in a comb like motion

Step Two:
Apply a dime sized amount of SoCozy Styling Gel to the hair in a comb like motion

Step Three:
Using a soft bristle brush, comb the hair into a faux mohawk shape

That’s it! The more it dries the cooler it looks! Just check out these before and after pics of my cool SoCozy kid!

So Cool with SoCozy

SoCozy styling gel medium hold is perfect for my little guy because unlike other gels on the market (that are for adults anyway!), SoCozy helps me take control of his thin hair with no crunch, stick or nasty gel flakes! I can’t rave about this gel enough!

Check out this cool SoCozy video too!
