1. It’s Baseball Season…again. Baseball season means practices, games, late dinners, skipped naps, sunburns, sweating, athletic cups, high expectations and exhaustion. This picture was taken last Saturday at a “practice game”. As you can tell from his posture, he’s as excited about Baseball season as I am.
2. This sh*t. I’m not sure what kind of person I was in a past life to end up in this life with these 3 attention-demanding kids. The combo of attention demanding and “terrible two’s” has created a virtual nightmare in a cute little girls body. This is lotion and chap-stick and conditioner and Academy Award winning LIPSTICK that happened in the 15 minutes I chatted up a neighbor. I thought she was innocently watching television in my room. Help Me.
3. The Baby is crawling 100% now. Sure, this is a cute picture of the baby crawling, but the picture I took just mere moments before this one, the one with him shoving fistfuls of cat food in his mouth and dumping cat water all over the kitchen floor is the real image of crawling babies. I hate crawling babies. I have said “No, no, no that’s Liger’s food!” 150,000,000 times today. Literally.

Oh! I so feel your pain. I have a 7 and 3 year old that demand my attention 24/7. The book bin I had for the 3 year old? Well he thought it would be a great idea to use it as a stool! guess who fell right thru it?? Yup! I know this too shall pass, but for the meantime it’s hitting me with exhaustion… hugs to you and hoping it all gets better soon.

Weren’t you telling me how much you were “looking forward to when the baby could crawl and entertain himself” ? LOL – These days will be over WAY before you know it ! Hang in there, this you CAN do !! Hugs.

Hang in there. For all you know they will be all grown up! Savor each moment when they are still young, you will miss it for sure! You’ve got amazing and lovely kids, Desiree! 🙂

Thank you so much!

I’ve always wondered how you did it!! But in the end you truly make it easy… and well, make really entertaining posts in the process.
Hope you get some much needed girls time one of these days!

I complained about baseball season for so many years, he played for 12, but then he had knee surgery and his “career” was over. I miss it immensely. I am now the crazy childish lady in the stands cheering for everyone.
Kiss my bestie, she just wanted to look as pretty as mommy!
Tie a bell around the baby’s ankle, that way you know when he is on the move.
