Snow in the OC!
Last Friday we were invited to check out Winter Fest, a fantastical event that’s bringing the snow and the fun to the OC. Held at the Orange County Fairgrounds in Costa Mesa, Winter Fest is an amazing event full of tons of family fun. I brought my two oldest kids and one of their most favorite friends for a fun evening of snow, carnival games, good eats, twinkly lights and tons of fun! We received tickets for review purposes, all opinions are my own.

Winter Fest is a giant wonderland of immersive wintry family fun and features tons and tons of amazing activies such as ice tubing, a two million light walk-through show, a outdoor ice skating rink, Snow Play with real snow blown in daily, nightly Christmas tree lighting ceremony, 130-foot, six lane Snowflake Summit ice slide, the world’s largest rocking horse, a petting zoo, bounce houses, the world’s largest walk through ornament, strolling carolers, carnival rides, festive entertainment, seasonal eateries, visits with Santa and so much more.

A New Winter Tradition!
I am all about new experiences that make my kids and I happy and I am here to say that Winter Fest is totally amazing! There was attractions and games and activities to do in every corner. It was a blistery cold evening on the night of our visit, which made it even more fun in my opinion. Besides, how often do we have the opportunity to bundle up in Orange County? The kids and I had a complete blast and Winter Fest is definitely our new winter tradition!

Winter Fest Orange County
Winter Fest is held December 16th through January 1st at the Orange County Fairgrounds. Tickets start at just $10 a person. Tickets are available online now and every admission ticket includes:
• Unlimited ice tubing at Snowflake Summit
• Two million light sparking stroll through holiday light display
• Tree lighting ceremony with snow flurries and fireworks
• Bounce houses for kids
• The world’s largest walk-through ornament
• Snow Play Area with daily snow blowing
• Craft making and games
• Daily entertainment including live bands and strolling carolers
• Character meet and greets
• Toddler Play Area
There are also activities such as carnival rides and ice skating on the huge outdoor ice skating rink that require an extra fee. But you must do it anyway!
